The system is based on:
1- Probe with zirconium oxide sensor,standard length 300/500/700 mm, built-in heater;
• Quick response time (less than 5 sec.) for a better air/combustion gases' control.
2- Controller or monitors.
• O2 measurement range: 0...21%
• Output value 4...20 mA (0...21%O2)
• PID trim control for different loads with 4...20 mA analog output (controller)
• Direct measure: oxygen,air/flue gases temperature. Calculated measures: combustion efficiency, excess' air, CO2 in the flue gases (calculated in %)
